Information you choose to share
When contacting us for an estimate or booking, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, postcode, property address, preferred dates, service details, photographs and videos. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents, identity information or financial account details.
How your enquiry is delivered
The redesigned website currently prepares an enquiry for you to send using WhatsApp or your email application. Completing the on-page steps alone does not automatically send your message to OnRoad; you must press Send in the chosen service. WhatsApp and your email provider have their own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use enquiries to respond to requests, prepare and manage quotations, organise work, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We only retain information for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal record-keeping duties.
Sharing and security
We may use ordinary business communication, website and storage services to process enquiries, including Wix and customer-selected email or WhatsApp services. We do not sell customer contact details. Reasonable access controls and security precautions apply to business records.
Your choices and rights
Under applicable UK data protection laws, you can ask about personal information held about you, request corrections, and make applicable requests to delete or restrict its use. Email the address above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Website technology
The site may use hosting-related cookies or technical storage needed for reliable delivery. Any additional analytics or marketing tools should be assessed and described here when configured.
Service terms
Any online guide or estimate is indicative only. The agreed work, inclusions, exclusions, price, access, dates, payments and any asset sale or donation permissions are confirmed separately in writing before booking.
